COVID-19 Updates: Learn about our commitment to cleanliness X

In these uncertain times it can be very hard to plan for the future. When will school be back open? What if school is online and there are no in person classes? How will classes resume? Where should you live? Dorms certainly are an option if in person classes resume. However, typically dorms share a bedroom between at least two people and you can expect to share your bathroom with up to four people. Here at The Icon and The Lofts @ The Icon we offer many options for individual bedrooms allowing for more social distancing options.

Also, we have recently added a worry free addendum for those signing during this time. What does a worry free addendum mean? If local universities don’t start back in person classes this fall, then you won’t be required to move in or pay rent until such a time that the university does resume in person classes. This means that you are able to sign your lease now and you will have the flexibility that this time in our history requires.

Items to remember:

  • You are able to cancel your dorm contract at University of Houston up until May 1st 2020 with no penalty!
  • Due to the various options we offer, we are filling up quickly! It is better to sign sooner than later!
